Moso hotel2/6/2024 ![]() Impeccable, understated yet refined interiors are awaiting you in all areas of The Moso. The Moso immediately embraces you like an old friend, and we felt right at home. From the moment you are whisked away by boat on the calm waters, framed by mother nature’s beauty, you will instantly be at ease. To describe The Moso as a slice of paradise, would be an understatement. All I can say is thank you, Anton and Joel, for creating such a beautiful and peaceful space to unwind. I have already emailed Joel to organise to go back in, hopefully, August this year and I’m already counting down the days. The food and drinks were lovely, my villa was beautiful and well appointed, the ocean was sublime and I snorkeled twice a day, the smaller numbers of guests made the whole feel much more intimate and relaxing, and I met some lovely people while I was there. Everything at the Moso was perfect for me and what I was looking for during my time away. I found the walk to the beach a bit of a challenge, but for most it would be fine…just make sure you bring proper walking shoes/joggers as the path is a little rough in places. You can snorkel straight out the front of the resort, but the better snorkelling is on the other side of the island at a stunning private beach that is owned by the resort. There are no TVs or WI-FI in the villas, but WI-FI is available in the restaurant/main area if you really want or need to stay connected, but once I started winding down (which happened on the first day), I was happy to not have those distractions in my villa. ![]() Anton, Joel and Andrew really have created the perfect holiday destination if you truly want to disconnect from the busyness of life. It is quiet and peaceful, and with limited guest numbers you often feel like you’re the only person there. If you are looking for a completely chilled out holiday, where you take your watch off and live on ‘island time’, then you will love this place as much as I did. I cannot rate this little piece of paradise highly enough. Thank you to all the staff at The Moso for making our group holiday so fun and easy and we cant wait to come back soon.… The Moso Magic Beach House has a wonderful outlook over the pool to the harbour where you can sit and read and sip champagne all day and if you feel like being a little energetic the snorkelling out the front is wonderful or jump on a paddle board and go exploring around the bay. The house was serviced daily by smiling staff who quickly and quietly tidied up around us and then vanished like they were never there. ![]() The house has a great kitchen with everything you need to whip up a simple omelette or bbq lunch for a dozen people. Joel helped us before we arrived to pre-order some kitchen staples so we could just have a late breakfast by our pool or a cheese platter as the sun went down. The menu changed daily with delicious curries, pizzas, seafood pasta and of course the firm favourite of all the guests was the tuna carpaccio - especially as we all saw the fisherman delivering the fish straight to the kitchen! On days that we just felt like lazing around at the Magic House we could order food and cocktails to be delivered to the house. The food was fresh and delicious and even though we were only a week after the two cyclones (without a lot of supplies available) you would never have known. We had wonderful long lunches under the trees and fully catered dinners for 20 night after night. Joel & Antoun were the ultimate party hosts and our whole holiday was effortless because of their care and organisation. The house is located next door to the resort so you can come and go as you please which is nice to be able to be part of the action but then when you need some timeout you can head home and find a lounge to curl up in and unwind. We recently stayed at Moso Magic Beach House as part of a large group celebrating a 50th Birthday at The Moso. Hotels near John's Authentic Island Tours.Hotels near Havannah Beach and Boat Club.
